Expert Testimony
​
All investigators from Eastman Investigative Services will testify in court, either criminal or civil, as to the facts of their investigation. Additionally Robert Eastman has previously testified in San Mateo County Superior Court as an expert in the field of narcotics.
Database Research
​
Eastman Investigative Services has access to multiple, private commercial databases. We are able to research individuals, companies and their assets.
Specialized Investigations
​
Eastman Investigation Services is able to conduct specialized investigations such as pre-employment law enforcement and public service employee backgrounds as well as outside, non-sworn investigative options for law enforcement Internal Affairs investigations. Robert Eastman has a certificate of training from the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training in the areas of Law Enforcement Background Investigations and Police Internal Affairs Investigations.
Pre-Employment Background Investigations
Our company is able to provide full and complete pre-employment or promotional background investigations. We have received specific training in law enforcement and public safety background investigations. We have a certificate of course completion from California Peace Officers Standards & Training. ​ We specialize in police and fire backgrounds at competitve rates.
Surveillance

Eastman Investigation Services has the assets and resources to conduct 24 hour plus surveillance of both fixed and mobile subjects.
Our investigators have hours of surveillance experience in fixed and mobile surveillance. We have the capability of providing photographs and or video of the location or subject of the surveillance.
All surveillance is conducted within the laws and limitations of the State of California and Federal law.
Consulting
​
We are available for consulting on all criminal, and civil cases. Robert Eastman currently volunteers investigating cold homicide cases with a Bay Area local law enforcement agency. In 2014, he took part in a multi-agency cold serial homicide task force.
Undercover & Covert Operations
​
Eastman Investigative Services has bonded and insured operatives who can visit businesses or work undercover, as an employee of a business to determine if employees of a business are working in accordance with the companies policies and procedures as well as making sure there is no internal loss of company property.
